Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2013 Exam Notification is issued by IIT Bombay. The online application form will be available from 1st September 2012 to 30th September 2012.

GATE is an entrance Exam for seeking admission in PG courses in more than 300 colleges including IITs and NITs. These days many PSUs also recruit students on the basis of there GATE Score. Some of the PSUs that consider GATE Score for recruitment are : NTPC, BHEL, Power Grid, IOCL.

GATE 2013 Application Form & Imp Dates
Only medium to apply for GATE 2013 Exam is Online. There will be no offline form.
Online submission of form begins : 1 September 2012
Last Date to apply online : 30 September 2012
Commencement Of Exam (Online) : 20 January 2013
Commencement Of Exam (Offline) : 10 February 2013
GATE 2013 Result : 15 March 2013
There will be no application fee for Female candidates this year. The number of GATE subjects for offline exam are reduced to 6 which are : CS, EC, EE, IN, ME, PI.
